Our Mission

BV Reseller Services mission is for our firm to offer specialized retail services through our multi-platform online marketplace while offering premium customer service and maximum return for both parties.

This will allow for the culture of our community to thrive by reselling unneeded items instead of letting them go to the landfill or take up unnecessary space.

• Product Mission: Provide online customers with quality products and premium shipping services.

• Community Mission: Provide the local surrounding community of Stuarts Draft, VA (Augusta County) a way to resell items and not contribute to the landfill.

• Economic Mission: Operate and grow at a profitable rate through economic decisions.

Our Vision

BV Reseller Services will hold a professional seller account ranked in the top 1,000 for third-party sellers on Amazon by the end of the firm's first year in business. BVRS will have a 5 star customer service rating and will offer one of the fastest shipping times available in the third-party arena. BVRS will be a staple in the local community and will be the local "go-to" firm in the industry.

PHILANTHROPY

Once BV Reseller Services has become a local fixture in the community and has successfully fulfilled its marketing strategy, our firm plans to develop a philanthropic plan for the community of Stuarts Draft, VA and the local Augusta County area. BVRS plans to donate a percentage of revenue to local libraries and local food banks to help give back to the same community supporting the firm. BVRS will assess this plan in its second year of operation. We will also develop a section of our website specifically for donations to the charities or organizations to have a constant show of communal support.

Leadership

As the founder and sole proprietor of BV Reseller Services, Blake M. Via oversees all functions and daily operations of the business. This includes, but is not limited to, building and developing a website, opening and maintaining social media accounts, acquiring and maintaining suppliers, processing all incoming orders, fulfilling and preparing orders for shipment, maintain all customer service inquiries, maintain all aspects of inventory management, keep an accurate financial record and collect/ file taxes needed.

Blake M . Via

Owner/Sole Proprietor

Mr. Via previously owned a business in this market for three years prior called BV Consulting & Solutions.

This business ranked in the top 1,000 on Amazon and maintained a 5 out of 5 customer service rating. His prior experience involves the merchant solutions market where he was an Account Manager at Summit Merchant Solutions selling merchant software and hardware to commercial clients.

Mr. Via also gained experience from his position in Frontline Sales at Great Eastern Resorts, where he managed sales accounts, learned how to create and manage sales quotas, and maintain performance standards.

Lastly his IT experience was developed from his internship in the IT Department at n'Telos. Not only did he develop computer skills, but he learned the corporate hierarchy structure and how to effectively file and maintain a project archive.

Mr. Via has an associate's degree through Alpha Bible College and has earned his certification as a Paralegal through Blackstone Career Institute. He also attended a 2-year program through the UVA Darden School of Business (Darden PREP) and worked closely with Darden PREP and Resilience Education. The skills that Mr. Via has gained, through his hard work and dedication to his education and his previous career paths, have given him transferable skills that will allow for a more efficient and effective operation of this firm. Through Mr. Via, BVRS will be able to streamline the resale process in Augusta County, VA.
